Massive Fundings

EigenLayer, a three-year-old Seattle-based startup, recently secured a $100 million investment. The company’s mission is to empower Ethereum stakeholders to use their staked ETH to support protocols beyond Ethereum, potentially allowing them to earn fees and rewards. Fabric, a nine-year-old New York-based healthcare services integration startup, has raised $60 million in Series A funding. The round was led by General Catalyst and included participation from Thrive Capital, GV, Salesforce Ventures, Vast Ventures, Box Group, and Atento Capital. Fabric aims to streamline healthcare services, making them more accessible to patients and alleviating the workload on healthcare professionals. Big-But-Not-Crazy-Big Fundings

Blackbird Health, a Pittsburgh business that’s been around for nine years, just got a big cash infusion of $17 million. They offer virtual mental health services for kids, teens, and young adults struggling with stuff like anxiety, depression, or trouble paying attention in class. Dub, a three-year-old New York startup, has secured $17 million in a funding round. Their platform enables investors to easily replicate the strategies of more experienced individuals. The lead investor in this round was Tusk Ventures, with notable angel investors such as Nathan Rodland, Robinhood’s first COO, and Dara Khosrowshahi, the CEO of Uber.

DustPhotonics, an Israeli startup founded seven years ago, has secured a $24 million extension in its Series B funding round. The company is focused on providing high-speed optical interconnect solutions for data centers and artificial intelligence-based applications. Several investors contributed to this funding, including Sienna Venture Capital, Greenfield Partners, Atreides Management, and Exor Ventures.

Empowerly, a San Francisco-based college admissions consulting startup, secured $15 million in funding in its recent funding round. The deal was led by Conductive Ventures.

Highway 9 Networks, a startup specializing in improving mobile connectivity and services for AI-driven enterprises, has recently secured $25 million in funding from renowned investors Mayfield, General Catalyst, and Detroit Ventures.

Power, a three-year-old startup based in San Francisco, which allows patients to find clinical trials for various medical conditions, has secured $11.9 million in Series A funding. The round was co-led by Kin, Contrary, and Footwork.

Synadia Communications, a seven-year-old startup based in San Mateo, California, has secured $25 million in Series B funding. The company specializes in connecting applications and data across different environments, including the cloud, on-premise systems, and edge devices. Forgepoint Capital led the deal, with participation from Singtel Innov8, LDVP, and 5G Open Innovation Lab. This latest funding round brings Synadia’s total capital raised to $51 million.

Smaller Fundings

Buildstock, a two-year-old New York-based startup, has raised $1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round. The startup aims to create a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers in the high-rise construction industry, facilitating the purchase and sale of construction materials. Precursor, MGV, XFactor, and RefashionD participated in the funding round.

Conservation Labs, a Pittsburgh-based startup founded eight years ago, has secured $7.5 million in Series A funding, led by RET Ventures and supported by Sustain VC. The company’s smart water monitor leverages sound technology to identify water usage patterns and detect leaks in plumbing systems. With this latest investment, Conservation Labs has raised a total of $9.5 million.

New York-based Elektra Health, a five-year-old startup specializing in menopause care, has secured an additional $3.3 million in seed funding. The extension round was led by UPMC Enterprises and included participation from existing investors Flare Capital Partners, Seven Seven Six Fund, and Wavemaker 360. Elektra Health offers a comprehensive range of menopause care services, including telemedicine consultations, evidence-based education, personalized support, and a supportive community for sharing experiences.

Evergrowth, a decade-old company from Lithuania that leverages AI to improve B2B sales tactics, recently secured $2.2 million in funding from Impellent Ventures and Practica Capital..

New York startup Inco has raised $4.5 million in seed funding. Their technology permits secure processing of encrypted data, without decryption, in blockchain applications. This innovation bolsters security and privacy in such applications. The seed round was led by 1kx, with additional participation from notable investors, including Circle Ventures, Robot Ventures, Portal VC, Alliance DAO, Big Brain Holdings, Symbolic, GSR, Polygon Ventures, Daedalus, Matter Labs, and Fenbushi.

Nodeshift, a San Francisco-based startup that offers a decentralized cloud computing service, recently raised $3.2 million in funding. The company claims that its platform is a cost-effective alternative to GPU-powered virtual machines, storage, and compute deployments. The funding round was led by Inovo.vc, with Notion Capital, 10X Founders, and Kestrel0x1 also participating.

VectorShift, a San Francisco-based startup founded a year ago, secured $3 million in seed funding to provide users with limited technical expertise the ability to create AI-driven search engines, assistants, and chatbots. The investment round included contributions from renowned venture capital firms such as 1984 Ventures, defy.vc, Formus Capital, Y Combinator, Soma Capital, 468 Ventures, and Pioneer Ventures.
